Photography Pricing
Standard Package
Our Standard Photography Package includes 30 photographs, interior and exterior photos with a virtual tour and editing. The Standard Package is best suited for traditionally sized homes with ample ambient light. We use multiple exposures combined to create a beautiful, clean image.

Luxury Package
The Luxury Package includes 20 photographs and is a sophisticated and eye-catching option for residential and commercial real estate, Airbnb or short term rental properties. This is best suited for high-end homes or homes in need of an extra boost. We use multiple flash and ambient exposures to capture the highest quality images.

Drone Pricing
Drone Photography
Our aerial drone photography is multi-purpose and works well for a variety of properties. Drone photos can be used for elevation shots for homes on steep embankments, lot photography, or to give a property location context.

Drone Video
We offer 1- or 2-minute drone video options. Videos are useful for commercial or residential properties and give prospective clients a realistic and appealing view of the property.

3D Virtual Tour Pricing
We offer high-end Matterport 3D scans of your property. 3D tours are an easy way to give prospective clients an “in-person” view of your property. Having a 3D tour with your listing traditionally cuts down on in-person foot traffic and increases serious buyers-only interest.
According to Matterport.com, 74% of agents with Matterport tours win more listings, and 95% of people are more likely to call about a property with a 3D tour.

Virtual Staging
Virtual staging is a beautiful way to enhance empty spaces and add context for prospective clients. We strive to provide realistic furniture placement and image enhancements.

Measurements & Floor Plans
We offer floor plan for all sized homes. Our floor plans include a pdf of the individual floors as well as a pdf of all floors and approximate measurements together.**
Pricing:
$125 | up to 2000 square feet
$175 | 2001 – 3000 square feet
$50 per each additional 1000 square feet
